General task apps don't know where work happens on your land. On LiveStacks, every Task is linked to the bed, tree or zone it affects. Open any spot on your map and you'll see what's planned for it, what's been done, and the photos to prove it.

  • Link Tasks to the exact places on your map they affect, and see them listed on each one
  • Plan across Seasons and Projects, not sprints. Land work runs on weather and growing cycles, not two-week iterations
  • Use the Board for day-to-day work, the Calendar for due dates, and Seasons for the long view
  • When weather pushes work back, a comment and a new due date record why the plan changed

Plants and guilds that fit your design

Behind every map is a deep plant library. Search over 1.6 million plant names, from detailed profiles to name-only entries, and combine plants into companion-planting guilds (Stacks) to place on your map.

  • Sort guild members by food forest layer: canopy, understory, shrub, ground cover and more
  • Check that every plant suits the same hardiness zone
  • Get a combined care summary for sun, soil and water

Bring your Team, share with the world

Land projects are rarely one-person jobs. Add Team members to design and work alongside you, and choose exactly who can see your property.

  • Keep each Map private, or make it public without revealing where it is. Public viewers can't see anything outside your property boundary, street maps or coordinates
  • Team members can edit the map, comment, upload media, and take or assign Tasks
  • Share public Maps and Stacks with neighbors, clients, students or online followers
  • Browse public Maps and Stacks from other land stewards for inspiration
